Video plays back in wrong size window due to video window size setting.
Cause:
The video playback window is smaller than the current video requires.
Solution:
In the 'Control Panel' window, double-click the 'Multimedia' icon. Click the 'Video' tab and select a window size from the 'Window' drop-down list box in the 'Show video in' group. Click 'OK'.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)
3) Double-click the 'Multimedia' icon. (The 'Multimedia Properties' dialog box appears.)

4) Click the 'Video' tab. (The 'Video' tabbed page appears.)
5) Select a window size from the 'Window' drop-down list box in the 'Show video in' group.

6) Click 'Apply' to save the settings.
7) Click 'OK' to close the 'Multimedia Properties' dialog box.
8) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to close the 'Control Panel' window.
